There are not many schools that offer both most specialize in either or. You could always just get your GED then apply to a higher education program. some community colleges have an "open admissions" policy and will accept your entrance if you can pass the Ability to Benifits Test (ABT). If you managed to enter the Community college you could stop at an associates degree or transfer from there into a 4 year bachelors program.
The best option would be to get your GED first then apply to a school.
