There are two areas of music study that are avaliable for individuals who are interested in obtaining their master's degree music. The first is in Music Performance & Theory and the second itMusic Education & History. Both are really great areas of study, and are offered by some outstanding schools, such as Boston University Online and Liberty University.

Would someone studying Communications, Sociology and Film be qualified to work in International Development? Would it be better for me to go a more traditional route by getting an education in International Studies instead? I have more interest in spending my fours years learning about sociology, communications and film while volunteering with NGOs in Canada. However, would this put me at a significant disadvantage intellectually and experience wise?
