I was wondering if there is an accredited English 101 class available online, that I can start any time? I need to make sure it is a class that the credits can transferred. I would like to finish the class before Spring quarter 2010.

What I would suggest you do is to contact the school you are currently attending, and discuss with them the options you have for taking your English course online through them, which would minimize any complication that could arise from taking the course from an outside source.

However, if taking the course through your current school is not an option, then you will need to discuss with your advisor what steps you need to take to participate in online English course - this could be taking the course as an independent type study program.

Now, with that said you should also know that when it comes to core courses, such as English 101, most schools require that the course be taken through them, so taking the course via an outside institution may not be an option.

So, to iterate one more time, your best option would be to talk to your advisor about what options you have for taking the course online.
