I was looking at taking "The Cruise Market" course DED171. Upon successful termination of the course, is there any certificate awarded etc.
I was just wondering if there was any certificate or diploma to show that you completed the course

Yes. This course offers two types of verification. One. You will get an email once your successfully completed the course that says you passed the course. You can print this off and use it as verification. The second option is they can get a certificate of completion from a regionally accredited University such as Clemson University. The cost is $39 for the US, $49 internationally. All the information is here: What You Need to Enroll

Would someone studying Communications, Sociology and Film be qualified to work in International Development? Would it be better for me to go a more traditional route by getting an education in International Studies instead? I have more interest in spending my fours years learning about sociology, communications and film while volunteering with NGOs in Canada. However, would this put me at a significant disadvantage intellectually and experience wise?

I enrolled in an online Computer Literacy course at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and this is site the class is listed for. How do I log on or register for class or anything? Classes start next week and I'm not really sure how to set it up on this website.
