After doing a little research I have found that there is not a definitive certification or degree that you must have to work as an a GED Instructor, but it depends more on your ability as a teacher. So, with that said, let me also say that the majority of GED Instructors have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Education.

My kid is entering primary seven in august 2011. A letter was sent home with her today(2 days before end of term) stating that she will be moved to a primary 6/7 composite class. As a father of a ten year old entering her last year in primary, I feel this would be detrimental to her health / and her education. Is there any legal term to help me/her avoid this (can I arrange a meeting over the next 2 days with the school to discuss getting her placed back in her original primary seven class therefore continuing her studies with same classmates.
