When it comes to taking courses outside of the establishment in which you are earning your degree, I always like to err on the side of caution and say that you need to contact you advisor. Your academic advisor, especially at the graduate level, will be the only person who will have the information. Schools, and graduate programs, can be very particular about the courses their students take. So, to save you a lot of time and effort just speak with you advisor about it.
