I have done Bachelor of Electro-Homoeopathy medicine and surgery - I want to know if I can earn my degree in clinical research or MBA in hospital management?
Am I eligible for other post-graduate programs, although my course(degree) is not recognize by the government.

That is completely up to the colleges or universities you are considering applying to. Every college and university has there own set of standards and regulations when it come to accepting students. So, what I would suggest you do is contact each of the schools you are interested in and speak with an admissions counselor. They will be able to inform you on all of their admissions requirements.
