I have diploma in occupational therapy from Malaysia,can I continue degree occupational therapy from USA or UK and which college or University to offer this course?

That will depend on the schools you are applying to. You will need to contact the schools you are considering, and discuss with them the the steps that need to be taken for completing your occupational degree.
