I have almost completed my bachelor's in commerce degree from and I need to do a one year equivalent course so I can pursue an MBA at a distinguished university. What kind of online course would help me with my MBA admissions?

That will depend on the university you are planning on attending. I would suggest that you contact each of the university's admissions officers and discuss with them what courses you needed to complete to be eligible for their programs.
