I have 180+ credits and a BBA in Healthcare Management. I am wanting to just get a BS. Included in the 180 hours I have several science/math classes. What would it take to apply for a BS using some of the classes that I have?

So, without knowing the specific degree, only that you are looking for a BS, I won't suggest to you any specific degree program. Now, with the information that you have provided, I will first suggest you take a look at this article: Switching Schools: A Guide to Transferring Your College Credits. This is an excellent article that will help you to better understand how the use your current credits can be transferred.

Now, with that said I am going to suggest that you take a look at this list of online Medical & Health Care courses. In this this there are a number of BS programs that might fit your academic needs.
