No. It is not equivalent to an associate degree. It is a certification. However, in today's economy, sometimes a certification is better than a degree.

I'm working as a 3D exhibition designer, but I was in art stream so can I do interior design? Many of my friends asked me why I am trying to learn interior design instead of architect. Actually they say if you'll get architect diploma then you won't need of any interior design courses. Please help me what should I do..? thanks..
