I feel like I am being stalked by an Admissions Rep for an online graduate program in business, anyone else have this problem?
3-4 calls consecutively with a follow-up email asking if I am available to talk, if I was available I'd answer the damn phone!

I was quite frank with the rep in question and I haven't heard from him via email or phone since yesterday.

From what I understand, many of the online colleges and universities' admission personnel can be pretty persistent, so what I suggest you do is answer the phone or send and email letting them know what your decision or lack of decision is. Just be up front with them, and let them know that you have or have not made a decision, and to please refrain from calling or emailing so frequently. That usually will take care of the excess phone calls and emails.
