I am specifically interested in their Master of Science - Companion Animal Behavior Counseling. Is this a valid College and a valid degree?

Distance-Education.org is not affiliated with American College of Applied Science, but that does not mean they are not an accredited college.

What you will need to do is contact the college to find out who their accrediting agency is, then make sure that the agency is an accredited by a regional accrediting agency.
