I am looking for a free online course in geology and gemology?
I need to find some free online courses or information from a good source for a research project I am doing for school. I am trying to do a report on the gemology and also the geological formations in which gems are found in.

Interestingly a search for geology or gemology courses is a bit difficult because of so many universities having just introduction pages for classes on their campus. You also run into the occasional website who is clearly biased for one reason or another. They links should be excellent resources for your project.
