Rating 0 That is a really great question. There are a number of American colleges and universities that offer online degree programs to students abroad. Here is a small list of online colleges and university that cater to international students:

Now, This is only a small list of the online colleges and universities that will accept international students. What I would suggest you do is a little research, find a degree program you are interested in, and then contact the school to inquire about their specific requirements for international students. While many online schools do not specifically advertise that they accept international students the majority of them do.

A friend of mine is an inmate in a State prison who has just gained his High School Diploma. He is very interested in furthering his education and I am trying to find out if there are courses he can apply for that are free of charge. Obviously in prison he does not have the funds to pay for a course and has no access to the internet. Are there courses where he might be able to get support and help in his studies?
