I am currently living in South Africa and is interest in doing my degree through your organization. Will that be possible or do you just take students in the USA? Plus will my degree be reconsider globally?

There are a number of the colleges and universities that offer online degree programs to people all across the world. What you are going to need to do is search for one that will best suit your educational needs.
If I were you, the first step I would take would be to make a list of schools that I was interested in, then contact each of those schools to discuss with them your options.
Typically, schools are very excited to talk to potential students, and will do anything to help them meet their requirements.
