I am based in Pakistan. If I complete an online course such as Medical Billing Code certificate, will I be eligible to work home independent?

Wow, what a question. That is going to dependent on two factors, the firm and the US laws. The first step is that you are going to have to find firm that will hire outside of the US, and if they are willing to do so they will have the information that is needed for working in the US abroad.
