When it comes to financial aid, and students outside of the US there are options. The one that you are more than likely have to depend on will be finding a school that offers students who are outside the US some sort of financial aid or scholarship options. Now, I really don't have one specific school that is better than any other when it comes to students form abroad, so my suggestion is that you contact all the ones who offer you a online degree program you are looking to attend, and discuss with them your options. Most schools will be more than happy to guide you through the process if they accept foreign students.
