I am a telecom engineer who would like to get into the solar business. If I take your series of courses on this topic is there any certificate given for completion? I can leverage the course material to find a job in the industry?

Hello charlie12,

Unfortunately no. The solar energy courses that are available are all separate courses, and do not culminate in one specific certification.

However, there is another option. If you are looking to delve into the field of Solar Business you are going to have to look more towards a degree type of option.

So, what I would suggest is to either find a business program that will offer you the option of focusing on solar energy or an Environmental Science degree program that will let you focus on Business. Here are two links that will lead you to a number of degree programs that might offer you an option for pursuing a career in solar business:

Environmental Science Program

Online Business Degree

Solar Panel Installation Training
