Unfortunately a question only the school you are considering obtaining you nursing degree from can answer.

Typically, most schools will take your general studies courses from your bachelor's degree and apply them towards your nursing degree, but again that will depend on school you are considering.

All you need to do is contact the school and talk with an admission advisor about what you need to do, and how your prior degree will offer you in the way of a nursing degree.

Also, if you are looking for a excellent online nursing degree program, let me suggest you try an online degree. There are large number of online nursing programs that offer flexible courses. Here is a link to a list of Online Nursing Degrees.
