This is a very difficult question. Typically, there are a number of online educational opportunities that are open to anyone, but you being in Ethiopia could cause a bit of an issue.

What you will need to do is look at the various institution that offer program that you are interested in, and contact them. Ultimately, it will be their decision if they will allow you to participate in a program; luckily, it is not uncommon for individuals in foreign countries to be allowed to join a distance education program.

But again, let me be clear, you need to contact an institution's admissions program, they will be able to guide you through the process of applying to, paying for, and succeeding in a distance education program.
