How do I take free certificate courses?
Where do I have to apply for them? Because I have no money, I'm living in turkey now, and I need to find online vocational courses. Thank you.

Visit our report here detailing 135 free distance education courses that you can take with some very well respected universities in the US. Most of these are called open courseware.
You do not get credit for these courses towards a college degree, but you can get access to the same materials as regular college students would.
