I believe I have about 50 credits. How do I get started? And, are you accredited?

That is going to depend on what are are referring to. Each of the online universities and colleges are accredited, many of them will allow you to transfer your past credits to your future studies. If you are unsure about a school's accreditation at the bottom of each page there is a list of the school's accrediting agency.

I'm looking at becoming an RN, but since it's been more than 5 years since I took chemistry and biology those credits don't count and to get into there nursing program I need to take a year to get those credits. Can I get those credits here online?
