Seeing as that I am not in India, this took a bit of searching to find. What you will need to do is directly contact the Centre for Distance Education at University of Hyderabad.

They will be able to guide you in completing the necessary process for joining their program.

Also, if that this program does not match your education needs, the Schiller International University offers online degree programs for international students, and maybe a great option for you to look into.
