That is a really great question. There are a number of American colleges and universities that offer online degree programs to students abroad. Here is a small list of online colleges and university that cater to international students:

Northcentral University

Now, This is only a small list of the online colleges and universities that will accept international students. What I would suggest you do is a little research, find a degree program you are interested in, and then contact the school to inquire about their specific requirements for international students. While many online schools do not specifically advertise that they accept international students the majority of them do.
