Hi there, I have currently completed one year of College with one semester in Social Services and one semester in Early Childhood Education. By completely your Child Development course, will that provide the Certificate needed to be able to work at a Daycare or Child Development Facility?

That is going to dependent on your government's policy when it comes to healthcare. What you should do is contact the governing agency for Daycare or Child Development, if you are in the US that will be a state agency, to find out the specific credentials that are required for working with children. Many countries today have very rigid laws when it comes to working with children, so make sure you do your research.
