I am wondering about the online course with Course Code: DED2900-B. Is this recognized by, for instance, Mayo Clinic or sim?
Is a Medical Secretary certificate from one of these online course recognized by larger medical facilities such as Mayo Clinic or similar?

From the research that I have done, yes; however, if you want to be 100% certain - I would contact the establishments you are considering applying. While the majority of them will have the same requirements, certain ones might have specific requirements. Most employers will be more than happy to share with you what they require from their employees in the ways of certifications.
