HI, does anyone know if Axia (university of phoenix) online program 2 year programs are generally accepted by traditional 4 year colleges?
in other words on ripoff and scam websites there is a lot of static about axia and credits/classes not transferring...

Typically, yes. They are a regionally accredited institution, and so your degree/credits should transfer without any issues. With that said, the best thing you can do is contact the school you are transferring to and discuss with an admissions officer about their specific requirements for transferring credits.

My kid is entering primary seven in august 2011. A letter was sent home with her today(2 days before end of term) stating that she will be moved to a primary 6/7 composite class. As a father of a ten year old entering her last year in primary, I feel this would be detrimental to her health / and her education. Is there any legal term to help me/her avoid this (can I arrange a meeting over the next 2 days with the school to discuss getting her placed back in her original primary seven class therefore continuing her studies with same classmates.
