For a masters in taxation program (Baruch) If I have a good gpa (3.8+) and a good GMAT (650), could I get in without any work experience?
A bachelor's degree in Accounting and some non-accounting and tax related work experience. What are my chances?

It would seem that you have the necessary test scores and GPA to be considered for the program, but that is only a small part of the process. What will truly matter will be your Admission Application, Essay, Résumé. These pieces are what you will more specifically be judged on. So, I really can't tell you what your odds are. If you are wanting to make sure you are adequately prepared for applying to the program, then you should contact the admissions advisor.
