After doing a bit of searching it does seem that both of these two sites are having issues with their international sections. What you need to do is submit the request for information form with you current information, but instead of tagging yourself as international simply say you are in the US. Once a representative contacts you, you can then inform them that you are not in the US, which they should predetermine by your phone number, and they will be able to aid you in your educational needs.
