I wish I had the answer, but that is one you are going to have to ask the Canadian Government. My suggestion is that you contact your local government or the agency you are applying with, an and ask them if this course would be accepted.

Also, in regards to you being a Mac user, there should not be a problem, but I will suggest one thing--if you are having problems it could be your use of the browser Safari. So, if you download the Firefox browser it may take care of a few of the kinks that you might have.
