Do you offer distance education courses for free? And, after completion, will I receive a certificate, which I can have use for obtaining employment?

There are a number of online institutions that offer free online courses that will end with the student obtaining a certificate.
Visit our report here detailing 135 free distance education courses that you can take with some very well respected universities in the US. Most of these are called open courseware.
You do not get credit for these courses towards a college degree, but you can get access to the same materials as regular college students would.
