Do credits transfer from other universities?
I have 3.5 years of study at a major university. Will those credits apply to an online degree program?

Typically yes. However, the university you transfer to may not to accept all of them. What you are going to have to do is contact all of the schools that you are interested, and find out how and how many credits will transfer.
