Do I receive college credit for online classes and if so which ones and how much?

Most independent online courses do not offer college credit, unless they specifically note it. So, receiving credit for any online course, outside of one offered by your school, is going to depend on the schools discretion.

What you will need to do is contact the your advisor, and discuss them the possible options that are avaliable, such as an independent type credit.

I am a certified Bio teacher and want to become certified in chem as well. NYS requires 30 undergrad credits - I have 18. I can't find any online or in-person indivdiual courses for upper level undergrad chem courses. Any suggestions?
