Do I have to take all classes on academic level in grade 10 if I wanna go to university?

I am assuming by the structure of you question that you are not in the US, which if this is the case I am not familiar with your academic system. What I would do if I were you would be to contact the universities you are considering attending, and then discuss with them the qualifications you will need for acceptance.
