Could I do IT through commerce?
I'm not able to choose between commerce and non-medical.

I am going to address you questions in reverse order. So for your second question, the choice will be up to you. What I would suggest is that you take a close look at your interest and goals, and do some research on both areas of study. Then choose the one that best fits your academic and life goals.

Now for your first question. If you are interested in both commerce and IT, then I would suggest you take a close look at e-Commerce. E-Commerce is a field that focus on the technological side of the field of commerce, and is a perfect fit for an individuals who is interested in IT and Commerce.
