Can you tell me about the microevolution of sparrows adapting and changing sizes in the North and South due to weather conditions?

Sparrows have been in North America since the mid 1800’s. Throughout this time they have evolved their characteristics based on where they live. In the North, the birds appear to have a larger body than those in the South. Most likely this is due to temperatures. Larger birds can survive colder weather than the smaller ones.

Does it offer best teaching method compare to the traditional classroom learning? And how could virtual teaching develop the 3 domains of learning (the cognitive, affective, and the psychomotor skill)? These are all my questions.
