Typically yes, but there is the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) that if passed will allow you to practice in almost all jurisdiction in the US.

In 2007-08 I failed 3 sub in Sybcom and in Oct. 2008 I cleared my 2 sub. So, am I eligible for tybcom from the same college, Mumbai university?
