Can an online college lock you out of class on the first hour of a new term to pressure you into signing a un-necessary promissory note on tuition, and charge full tuition when they kept you from attending 3.5 weeks out of 5.5 week term, charged $1312?

I am sorry, but that is not a question I will be able to answer. Unfortunately, you are going to have to discuss this with the school, or lodge a complaint against the school with its accredited agency and if they are a for-profit school, the Better Business Bureau.

My kid is entering primary seven in august 2011. A letter was sent home with her today(2 days before end of term) stating that she will be moved to a primary 6/7 composite class. As a father of a ten year old entering her last year in primary, I feel this would be detrimental to her health / and her education. Is there any legal term to help me/her avoid this (can I arrange a meeting over the next 2 days with the school to discuss getting her placed back in her original primary seven class therefore continuing her studies with same classmates.
