Can an online college lock you out of class on the first hour of a new term to pressure you into signing a un-necessary promissory note on tuition, and charge full tuition when they kept you from attending 3.5 weeks out of 5.5 week term, charged $1312?

I am sorry, but that is not a question I will be able to answer. Unfortunately, you are going to have to discuss this with the school, or lodge a complaint against the school with its accredited agency and if they are a for-profit school, the Better Business Bureau.
