Yes it is possible for a person to have more than 50 children. The world record for having the most number of children that is officially recorded is 69, held by the first wife of Feodor Vassilyev (1707-1782), a peasant from Shuya, Russia. In a total of 27 confinements between 1725-1765, Vassilyev's wife gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets, and 4 sets of quadruplets.

it depends on who the mother is. if the mother is a baby factory then yes. if the mother is not a baby factory then no. plus the cops can put the kids into cps. the mother could kill her kids. but then she will go to jail.
