More than likely, yes. But after a little research, there might be a bit catch. The way that Western Governors University's tuition rates work, individuals in the program, even taking one course, will more than likely have to pay a full semester's tuition rate.
But, there might be another means of which I am unsure, so I suggest you contact Western Governors University to discuss with the possible option of taking a single course.
