That will depend on the school. Every college and university has there own admission requirements, so you will have to contact an admissions advisor and discuss with them if you have the necessary requirements to apply to their Geography program.

Now, knowing that you have a bachelors in education I can tell you that applying to a program outside of your bachelor's degree field may require you to complete some prerequisites, but you will have to contact all of the schools you are interested in to determine if this is the case.
