After doing a little research I was able to find that to qualify for federal financial you must have a high school diploma or GED, so I can only assume that you would not be able to qualify for federal aid for a high school program. Unfortunately, it is kind of a Catch-22.
Now, with that said there are a number of states that offer aid to individuals who are looking to earn their high school diploma. So, what I would do, if I were you, would be to contact your state's department of education to find out what is the best option avaliable to you.
