You have very high aspirations, and I don't want to tell you that this is not a possibility; however, this would be a very difficult task depending on what type of educational program you are looking to complete.

Now, some online graduate programs and associate programs do offer the option of a year completion, but that is not going to be the case for a Bachelor's and doctoral degree program. Also, doubling up on degrees would make it twice as difficult to complete them, and my suggestion would be to take it one degree at a time.

So, with that said here is a link to some online articles that are directed at aiding individuals in choosing an online degree program. Finally, let me say this, unless you have a great deal of time in which to dedicate to studying, then I would serious consider completing one degree at a time. The only other option is that you find a program that offer two degree, which do exist, but are not typical. Good Luck!
