Can I do masters in journalism if I've done me bachelors in social sciences?

Typically yes. Now, with that said let me explain that the field of journalism is typically considered to be within the same educational realm as that of social science. So, what I would do is contact each of the graduate programs you are considering, and discuss with them what you may need to do, in regards to prerequisites, to be eligible to apply to the program.
