As an international student with a bachelor of art in English literature from Iran, and a high school diploma in mathematics, can I do a master in electronic engineering in California state university ?

These are all specific question you will need to contact the Admissions and Electrical Engineering departments at CSU about.
Only these two departments will be able to explain to you in detail the requirements that you will need to complete in order to be accepted into their program as well as answer any questions you have about residency and student financial aid.
