Before I enroll for a specific course, do I have to pay for the course before officially enrolling or pay afterward when I'm done with it?

Also is there another methods of payment beside from Paypal or credit cards? Because I have neither credit cards or a Paypal account here in the Philippines.

Each of the online courses do require payment before taking the course. As for the payment methods for online courses, those are the only two methods of payment, and Paypal is the recommended method of payment for international students.
