As an African based in Uganda but currently in Botswana for approximately 09 months, am I allowed to apply for an online course?
I am basically a bachelors degree holder in tourism, but would love to do a course of associate of arts in human services management or associate of science in human services. Is it possible for me to enroll?

It is possible, but you are going to have to contact the schools that you are interested in to find out what their admissions policies are.

One school that you should look at is Schiller International University. Schiller is known for its working with international students.
