After completion of Home inspector certificate can I get paid to inspect homes? Or do I need anymore training?

Yes. You should be qualified to preform home inspections upon completion of the online home inspector certificate course.
Now with that said, let me also suggest you familiarize yourself with your State's existing state home inspector regulatory legislation. This can be done here - http://www.homeinspector.org/stateregulations/default.aspx. Some states do require home inspectors to have other qualifications that go beyond the basic home inspector certification.
